An end-to-end CRM solution engineered to automate property workflows. I bridged the gap between design and production by building the entire frontend architecture using Bootstrap and custom CSS, ensuring seamless integration with the backend API for real-time reservation tracking.

The Problem: Property managers struggled with fragmented data across "Guest Listings" and "Reservations," leading to manual errors.

The Solution: I architected a modular dashboard system. By leveraging Bootstrap’s grid, I created a scalable layout that handles complex data tables and multi-level user permissions without cluttering the UI.

Identifying Unique Challenges

A key challenge was designing clear navigation and categorizing information for seamless access. Pages like "CMS", "Explore Services", and "Reservations" required thoughtful layout and dropdown menus to keep information organized and easy to manage. Additionally, ensuring real-time updates and integrating them smoothly with backend systems was another hurdle.

Technical Problem Solving

  • Designed and coded dynamic filters for the 'Reservations' module, allowing managers to sort thousands of entries by date, status, or property, optimizing 'Time-to-Task' for the end-user.

  • Since I handled the frontend implementation, I reduced the development cycle by 30% by writing clean, documented HTML/CSS that was immediately ready for backend integration.

User-Centric Design

User experience was central to the design process. I created wireframes and prototypes to simulate how each section would be used in real scenarios. Feedback from both the client and backend team allowed me to refine the interface for smoother navigation, from CMS-related content to managing service offerings and bookings.
